Request access to the EHP with a FINMA licence

You already have a FINMA licence, recognition, authorisation or registration and need access to the survey and application platform (EHP). For this you must first register an authorisation coordinator (AC). The only exception is insurance intermediaries.

Via the EHP you can submit data relevant to supervision, reports and licence applications electronically and in encrypted form to FINMA. The following sections describe how to obtain access to the EHP.

Access to the EHP for insurance intermediaries

As an insurance intermediary, you require access to the EHP to submit your follow-up documentation or for new registrations. The following linked page explains how to proceed.

Access to the EHP for insurance intermediaries

Register an authorisation coordinator

In order to use the EHP you must register at least one AC with FINMA. You can report the AC to FINMA using the form under the link below. As soon as FINMA has received and processed the details of the AC, this person will receive a confirmation email and can complete the registration process.

Register an authorisation coordinator

The AC is responsible for user administration at the supervised institution. This comprises the entry, updating, deletion and certification of users. The AC can also report changes to selected master data of the institution electronically to FINMA. Moreover, the AC allocates the relevant tasks to the persons responsible at the institution in the context of FINMA surveys. The AC is the single point of contact (SPoC) and acts as an extended arm of FINMA when dealing with support enquiries about the EHP within the institution.

You can find details about the role of the AC in the following document:
