All untied insurance intermediaries are required to submit follow-up documentation or register on FINMA’s survey and application platform (EHP) as of 1 January 2024.
The EHP is accessible via the FINMA portal. In order to submit follow-up documentation or register with FINMA via the EHP, you need to register once on the FINMA portal. If you already have access to the FINMA portal, you can skip this step.
Click on the “Go to registration on the FINMA portal” link below and complete the “User data” form.
You will then receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. Copy the code and complete registration according to the instructions in the portal. A step-by-step guide can be found in the document below entitled “Registration of insurance intermediaries”.
Log in to the FINMA portal with your new login. Submit your application for so-called self-registration on the EHP via the “Request access” tile.
Once your details have been successfully checked, you will receive confirmation by email within a few working days. You will then be able to log in to the FINMA portal and access the documents and forms provided there from 1 January 2024.
Please observe the step-by-step guide in the document linked below for this.
