The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has adjusted its Guidelines on Financial Market Regulation. This update of the internal Guidelines took place following consultation with interested parties (federal authorities, academia, financial sector) and was coordinated with the Federal Department of Finance (FDF). The Guidelines highlight how FINMA ensures a transparent and efficient regulatory process. They reflect the new Ordinance to the Financial Market Supervision Act (FINMASA).
