Information for recruitment agencies

FINMA gives preference to direct applications. If you would like to submit dossiers of potential candidates to FINMA as a recruitment agency, please observe the procedure described below.

As a recruitment agency you must accept in full the Guidelines on cooperation between FINMA and recruitment agencies (Grundsätze der Zusammenarbeit zwischen
der FINMA und Personalvermittlungen), including our approaches for calculating agency fees. These principles take precedence over the general terms and conditions of the recruitment agency and form the basis for any service contract.

FINMA uses the SuccessFactors applicant management system and agency portal. To view vacancies advertised for recruitment agencies and to submit applications for a vacancy, you must set up a login on the agency portal.

If you have suitable dossiers for a position that is only advertised on the FINMA website but not on the agency portal, you can ask the HR managers listed in the advertisement whether applications from recruitment agencies will be accepted.
