Wide range of decisions in new FINMA Bulletin

Also this year the new edition of the FINMA Bulletin includes a wide range of decisions taken by FINMA, the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court on important aspects of financial market supervisory law.

Rich in content, FINMA Bulletin 4/2013 contains an important decision taken by the Federal Administrative Court on reporting requirements under stock exchange law and the Federal Supreme Court's decision on the right of appeal for competing insurance companies. Moreover, decisions taken by FINMA on distributing collective investment schemes, recognising foreign bankruptcy decrees and insolvency measures, and unlawfully accepting funds from the public also feature in the bulletin. Finally, the bulletin's broad spectrum of topics is rounded off by the Federal Administrative Court's landmark decision on requirements on lead auditor independence and prohibition on practising a profession.

Electronic PDF copies of FINMA Bulletin 4/2013 can be downloaded on the FINMA website, while hard copies can be ordered by sending an email.
