On 6 April 2009 the FINMA Takeover Committee dismissed the appeal of MMA Vie SA against the decision 403/02 of the Takeover Board dated 16 March 2009. As a result, MMA Vie SA must provide the Takeover Board by 15 April 2009 with an evaluation of the securities, object of the bid.
