Applications
FINMA keeps a list of mandataries to whom it can assign standard mandates. Entry in the list does not guarantee the assignment of a mandate.
Interested parties can apply at any time for inclusion in the list by completing one of the following forms:

Candidates may apply for any of the mandatary roles, but are requested to fill in a separate application form for each role.
A set of criteria determine the assignment of mandates, for instance the nature and scope of the mandate, the candidate's specialist knowledge and experience, language skills, availability and independence.
