The registration of claims has to be submitted to the bankruptcy liquidator:

Compulsory registration Schuldner der Gemeinschuldnerin sowie Personen, welche Vermögenswerte der Gemeinschuldnerin als Pfandgläubiger oder aus anderen Gründen besitzen, haben sich innert der Eingabefrist bei der Konkursliquidatorin zu melden und ihr die Vermögenswerte zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ein bestehendes Vorzugsrecht erlischt, wenn die Meldung oder die Herausgabe ungerechtfertigterweise unterbleibt. Creditors and persons who have claims in relation to assets held by the company, are invited to register their claims and proof thereof within the above mentioned deadline with the bankruptcy liquidator.6. Claims in relation to assets Die Gläubiger und Personen, welche im Besitz der Gemeinschuldnerin befindliche Vermögensgegenstände beanspruchen, sind aufgefordert, ihre Forderungen und Ansprüche innert gesetzter Frist der Konkursliquidatorin unter Vorlage der Beweismittel anzumelden. Creditors domiciled or residing outside of Switzerland are required to appoint an authorised person for service in Switzerland until June 29, 2015. If no such address is provided, the premises of the bankruptcy liquidator are deemed to be the place for service.
