On 3 June 2009 the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA set out a proposal on minimum standards for remuneration systems in financial institutions and consulted on the draft circular. FINMA has received over 60
comments, which have been published on the FINMA website.
FINMA will publish the final circular beginning of November 2009. The circular will enter into force on 1 January 2010.
