Management Support Staff (FST) provides support for the development and implementation of strategy and the strategic planning and steering of activities. It is responsible for the active management of corporate risks and the controlling of strategically important projects. FST is also responsible for adapting the organisational framework and processes to reflect the current status reached in any process of change. It also plans the internal meetings of the management and takes the minutes. |
