Verbot der bewilligungspflichtigen Tätigkeit
Klaus Norbert Wahl, geb. 5. Oktober 1956, deutscher Staatsbürger, wohnhaft an der Englischviertelstrasse 30, 8032 Zürich, wird generell verboten, unter jeglicher Bezeichnung selbst oder über Dritte ohne Bewilligung Effektenhandel zu betreiben.
Für den Fall der Widerhandlung wird Klaus Wahl auf Art. 48 FINMAG sowie die darin vorgesehene Strafdrohung hingewiesen:
Art. 48 FINMAG
Mit Busse bis zu 100‘000 Franken wird bestraft, wer einer von der FINMA unter Hinweis auf die Strafdrohung dieses Artikels ergangenen rechtskräftigen Verfügung oder einem Entscheid der Rechtsmittelinstanz vorsätzlich nicht Folge leistet.
An Klaus Wahl ergeht zudem der Hinweis auf Art. 44 FINMAG welcher für eine bewilligungspflichtige Tätigkeit nach den Finanzmarktgesetzen ohne entsprechende Bewilligung eine Strafe vorsieht.
