Den Gläubigern wurde an ihre bekannte Adresse eine Mitteilung betreffend Abtretung von Rechtsansprüchen zugestellt. Gläubiger, die keine Mitteilung erhalten haben, können diese bei den Konkursliquidatoren Dr. Elias Hofstetter und Andreas Damke, ambralaw, Bundesgasse 26, 3001 Bern, anfordern.
3. Fristenlauf:
Die in der Mitteilung eingeräumten Rechte sind bis zum
11. September 2010
auszuüben.
Für den Fristenlauf und die mit der Mitteilung verbundenen Rechtsfolgen ist die Veröffentlichung dieser Mitteilung im Schweizerischen Handelsamtsblatt massgebend.
