FINMA will provide information on licensing or measures imposed by it as follows from its legal mandate. It will not comment on ongoing investigations or proceedings.
FINMA is pleased to receive information on any irregularities or unlawful activity. However, it would like to point out that informants do not possess any party status and as such cannot invoke any party rights, e.g. right to disclosure of information or access to records or documents. FINMA is not an arbitration body nor can it dispense any legal advice.
FINMA will not entertain any information provided anonymously or semi-anonymously (e.g. only name and e-mail address).
