Strategic Services

The Strategic Services division performs a number of strategic cross-cutting functions. The division head is the most senior legal counsel, and as such is also responsible for coordinating all FINMA's legal functions and for dossiers requiring an integrated approach in respect of processes, policy, regulation and international cooperation. It carries out economic and legal groundwork and coordinates FINMA's policy, regulation and international activities.
