The Asset Management section is responsible for granting licences to asset managers of collective investment schemes under the Swiss Federal Act of 23 June 2006 on Collective Investment Schemes Act (
Collective Investment Schemes Act, CISA). This includes handling new licence applications from asset managers of collective investment schemes and dealing with changes in licence requirements for companies already authorised to engage in asset management as prescribed in Article 16 CISA.
