Recruitment agencies

If you are interested in passing the details of potential candidates to FINMA for consideration, please follow the steps set out below:

  1. Compare the profile of the candidate with the job specification and include a detailed written analysis with the application documents requested.
  2. Please ensure in advance that all mandatory requirements are met and that only candidates who are genuinely interested are put forward to FINMA.
  3. Your candidates must have been informed and must be aware that their applications are being put forward without any specific request by FINMA.
  4. Your General Terms and Conditions of Business must be included in the application file.
  5. Only applications for job vacancies transmitted to us via our applicants' portal will be accepted. 
As the need arises, FINMA will contact your recruitment agency and look into the possibility of working together. If, however, the procedures used by your recruitment agency are not in line with the process outlined above, your submissions will be deleted without acknowledgement and your firm will be black-listed.
